Description	ApoScreen® 7-AAD is a ready-to-use cell viability dye for the exclusion of nonviable cells in flow cytometry analysis. This solution can be used in conjunction with phycoerythrin (PE) and fluorescein (FITC) conjugated antibodies in 2-color analysis due to minimal spectral overlap between 7-AAD, PE, and FITC fluorescence emissions. Excitation/emission – 488/647 nm
