SDS-PAGE Protein Sample Loading Buffer (5×) 是一種改良的 5 倍濃縮蛋白上樣緩衝液(modified 5-fold concentrated protein loading buffer)，以溴酚藍(bromophenol blue)為染料。本上樣緩衝液使用穩定性更好、還原效果更好、無難聞氣味的還原劑(reducing agent)代替傳統的DTT或2-ME(2-mercaptoethanol)。用於常規還原SDS-PAGE蛋白樣品的上樣。
