RIBOAssure RNase 抑制劑通過非共價結合抑制真核酶如 RNase A、RNase B 和 RNase C 所表現出的核糖核酸酶 (RNase) 活性。RIBOAssure RNase 抑製劑對 RNase 1、RNase T1、RNase T2、S1 核酸酶和 RNase H 缺乏活性。RIBOAssure RNase 抑制劑透過非共價結合抑制真核酶（如 RNase A、RNase B 和 RNase C）所表現出的核糖核酸酶 (RNase) 活性。它適用於不需要 RNase 存在而無法獲得最佳 RNA 品質和實驗結果的應用，例如 RNA 分離(RNA isolation)、cDNA 合成(cDNA synthesis)、RT-PCR、體外轉錄(in vitro transcription)和轉譯( translation)或無 RNase 單株抗體製備。 RIBOAssure RNase Inhibitor 對 RNase 1、RNase T1、RNase T2、S1 核酸酶和 RNase H 缺乏活性。強烈建議與我們的高性能 RScript 逆轉錄酶(RScript Reverse Transcriptase)、qPCR MasterMixes、Taq DNA 聚合酶和/或 2X PCR 一起使用SuperMix 用於後續實驗步驟與應用。

The interference of RNase under the experimental conditions will reduce the cDNA quantity produced through RNA conversion, resulting in a decrease in the subsequent RT-qPCR’s Ct value. After adding 4 units of RNase Inhibitor per reaction, the interference of RNase could be minimized.
