產品介紹: 封閉血清(Blocking serum)廣泛應用於免疫反應過程中，阻斷(blocking)組織和細胞非特異性抗體結合，而降低非特異性結合所造成的背景值。封閉血清(Blocking serum) 阻斷了樣品中Fc受體(Fc receptors)與實驗中使用的一抗和二抗的結合，並且阻斷了抗體與樣品的非特異性結合(non-specific binding)。通常，用於封閉的血清來自與產生第一抗體的物種不同的物種。封閉性血清通常來自產生第二抗體的物種。可應用於western blot、 ELISA、IHC、Flow分析，降低非特異性抗體結合。血清可直接用於blocking，或作為blocking buffer的成分。常見的封閉血清有正常驢血清(Normal donkey serum)、正常兔血清、(Normal Rabbit serum) 、正常老鼠血清(Normal Mouse serum)、正常山羊血清(Normal Goat serum)。

Frozen newborn mouse cartilage sections were blocked with Normal Rabbit Serum (SB Cat. No. 0040-01) and stained with Mouse Anti-Collagen Type II-UNLB (right) followed by Rabbit F(ab’)2 Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L), Human ads-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 6125-08), Streptavidin-FITC (SB Cat. No. 7100-02), DAPI, and mounted with Fluoromount-G® Anti-Fade (SB Cat. No. 0100-35).
