Paraffin embedded human gastric cancer tissue was stained with Goat Anti-Type I Collagen-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 1310-08) followed by Streptavidin-HRP (SB Cat. No. 7100-05), DAB, and hematoxylin.

Paraffin embedded human colon cancer tissue was stained with Mouse Anti-Human MMP-9-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 12025-01) followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG2a, Human ads-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 1080-08), Streptavidin-HRP (SB Cat. No. 7100-05), DAB, and hematoxylin.

Paraffin embedded mouse adductor muscle day 7 post femoral artery ligation was stained with anti-Mac-3 followed by Goat Anti-Rat IgG(H+L), Mouse ads-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 3050-08) and then Streptavidin-HRP (SB Cat. No. 7100-05), hematoxylin, and AEC.

Urine and serum samples were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane, and probed with biotinylated anti-human fH followed by Streptavidin-HRP (SB Cat. No. 7100-05) and chemiluminescent detection.
