ELISA plate was coated with purified human IgA, IgG, and IgM. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Human IgA-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 2050-08) followed by Streptavidin-HRP (SB Cat. No. 7100-05).

Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with Goat Anti-Human IgA-BIOT (SB Cat. 2050-08) and Mouse Anti-Human CD19-FITC (SB Cat. No. 9340-02) followed by Streptavidin-FITC (SB Cat. No. 7100-02).
