二級抗體 (Secondary antibodies) 應用:

二抗(Secondary antibodies)是針對免疫球蛋白（immunoglobulin , Ig）分子的多克隆(polyclonal) 和單克隆抗體(monoclonal antibodies)。它們通常與抗原特異性一抗(specific primary antibody) 一起使用，並且通常被標定酵素或螢光物質以幫助檢測。二抗可用於多種應用，例如ELISA、免疫印跡(Immunoblotting)、流式細胞儀(Flow Cytometry)、免疫組織染色(Immunohistochemistry)、免疫細胞化學(Immuocytochemistry)。二級抗體通常用酶或螢光染料標記，這使得能夠通過比色，化學發光和螢光技術進行檢測。例如，酶辣根過氧化物酶（enzymes horseradish peroxidase , HRP）和鹼性磷酸酶（alkaline phosphatase , AP）通過比色和化學發光平台在ELISA和蛋白質印跡應用中是有價值的。螢光蛋白諸如螢光素（fluorescein , FITC），藻紅蛋白（phycoerythrin , PE）和花青（cyanine , CY）的螢光染料在螢光的應用中是必不可少的，包括流式細胞術，免疫螢光顯微術和多重測定。二抗允許標記和檢測的靈活性以及通過信號放大，可增加的靈敏度。

產品介紹:  Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Human ads-PE抗體，具PE螢光標誌。針對mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG2c, and IgG3重鍊具特異性。來源為山羊抗血清。Isotype為Goat IgG。Isotype Control Goat IgG-PE。緩衝液配方在Phosphate buffered saline 含有 0.1% sodium azide防腐劑及stabilizer。

FLISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgG, IgM, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Human ads-PE (SB Cat. No. 1030-09).

Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD3-UNLB followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Human ads-PE (SB Cat. No. 1030-09).
