產品介紹: Clusterin (CLU)多株抗體，免疫原為RPB180Mu01-Recombinant Clusterin (CLU)可應用於Mus musculus (Mouse) 物種。此抗體經由Antigen-specific affinity chromatography純化，保存於PBS, pH7.4, containing 0.02% NaN3, 50% glycerol.抗體濃度為200ug/ml，最佳實驗濃度請參考操作手冊。抗體之保存: 避免反覆冷凍解凍；4°C保存；若需長期保存請貯存於-20°C。可應用於WB; IHC; ICC; IP.實驗。Clusterin（載脂蛋白J）是清除細胞碎片和凋亡相關的75-80kDa二硫鍵連接之異二聚體蛋白。 這種蛋白質有幾個同義詞：二聚酸性糖蛋白（DAG蛋白），睾丸激素抑制前列腺消息-2（TRPM-2），硫酸化糖蛋白-2（SGP-2）和補體裂解抑製劑（CLI）。該蛋白首先在1988年 在人類中，基因在染色體8（8p21）上編碼，並且在物種之間高度保守（70-80％同源性），在大多數哺乳動物組織中表達，可以在血漿，牛奶，尿液，腦脊液流體和精液中發現; 已經發現許多蛋白質影響其表達，包括Egr-1，來自AP-1複合物，HSF1 / 2，Cdx1 / 2和B-Myb的成員。
