植酸酶檢測試劑盒(Phytase Assay Kit, abx298913) 可用於檢測組織提取物(Tissue extracts)、細胞裂解液(cell lysate)、細胞培養基(cell culture media )和其他生物體液中的植酸酶。植酸酶(Phytase)是一種催化植酸(phytic acid)（植酸鹽）水解的酶。植酸(Phytic acid)是一種難以消化的磷(indigestible phosphorus)，存在於穀物、小麥和其他穀物等植物性食物(plant-based foods )中。通過植酸酶水解，動物可以將植酸轉化為磷的可用形式。植酸酶也存在於植物、真菌和細菌中。植酸酶分解該試劑盒中提供的底物，釋放出與染料反應的磷酸根離子(phosphate ions)。反應產物的濃度與酶活性成正比，可通過測定660nm處的吸光度來測定。
