產品介紹: 青黴素鏈黴素溶液(Penicillin Streptomycin Solutio)，通常也稱為“雙抗體”，是體外培養(in vitro culture)中最常用的防止微生物污染(microbial contamination)的抗生素，常配製為母液濃度的100倍。其中青黴素(penicillin)可干擾細菌細胞壁(bacterial cell wall)的合成，對革蘭氏陽性菌(gram-positive bacteria)尤其有效。鏈黴素(Streptomycin)能與細菌核醣體( bacterial ribosome)的30S亞基結合，抑制細菌蛋白質的合成，對革蘭氏陰性菌(gram-negative)和革蘭氏陽性菌(Gram-positive bacteria)均有效，但對革蘭氏陰性菌特別有效。
