BH 50bp DNA Ladder RTU（50-1,500 bps）
DNA Marker/Ladder PCR 產物和一些專有質粒的獨特組合，用適當的限制酶消化產生 17 個片段，適合用作瓊脂糖凝膠電泳的分子量標準。 已混有 orange G為示踪染料(tracking dyes)，適用於瓊脂糖凝膠電泳(agarose gel electrophoresis)時作為DNA分子量標準。BH 50bp DNA Ladder RTU（50-1,500 bps）是一種即用型 DNA ladder 。BH 100bp DNA Ladder RTU 包含示踪染料(tracking dyes)，DNA 包括 50-1,500 個鹼基對的片段 (50bp、100bp、150bp、200bp、300bp、350bp、400bp、450bp、500bp、600bp、700bp、800bp、900bp、1000bp、1200bp、1500bp)。 200bp、 500 bp、1200個鹼基對的條帶增加了強度以用作參考點。提供了每個條帶中 DNA 的近似質量 (0.56 μg per loading, 5ul)。

Source : PCR products and double-stranded DNA digested with appropriate restriction enzymes are phenol extracted and equilibrated to 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0) and 10mM EDTA.
