Sterile 0.2% gelatin in cell culture grade water.
產品描述: 明膠(Gelatin)是來自豬皮的水溶性蛋白質的異質混合物，存在於膠原(collagen)中的高平均分子量水溶性蛋白質，為異質混合物(heterogeneous mixture)。用於包被培養皿之基質，以改善細胞的附著(attachment)。 0.2% 明膠溶液 (GSN) 用於塗覆培養容器表面以促進細胞附著。建議用於分化的 hESC 細胞 [1、2] 以及某些原代和永生化細胞類型的培養。如生長小鼠胚胎幹細胞mouse embryonic stem cells（mESCs），小鼠誘導多能幹細胞mouse induced pluripotent stem cells（miPSCs）或原代胚胎成纖維細胞primary embryonic fibroblasts（PEFs）。正常人體細胞附著的推薦濃度為 100-200 µg/cm2。產品包裝透明清澈溶液 (無菌) 貯存於15-25°C.避免冷凍。
