- PiColorLock™ Gold不具放射性。
- PiColorLock™ 使用Malachite green磷酸根呈色法。為高靈敏的磷酸根偵測試劑，確保穩定的綠色dye-phosphate複合物產生。
- 可避免發生受質非酵素水解干擾造成的背景雜訊。
- 偵測範圍廣，可減少樣品稀釋的必要。
PiColorlock呈色法是利用在酸性環境下，無機磷酸根與染劑會結合成有色複合物的特性進行偵測。
與其他廠牌相比，Innova Biosciences（C）可提供最穩定的呈色產物。

Innova Biosciences 提供之ATPase分析套組，可探討酵素活性是否扮演transport、signal transduction、protein biosynthesis及Cell differentiation之角色。
- 應用於ATPase活性分析，提供high-throughput screen 大量ATPase inhibitor。
- 可建立快速藥物篩選系統。
- 採用PiColorLock™超高靈敏度Malachite green磷酸根呈色方法，分析ATPase酵素活性，克服傳統呈色方法、低靈敏度限制。
- ATPase酵素分析套組，包括stabilizing solution，可避開acid labile substrate所造成的高背景值，其背景值很低（1mM）。
- 其分析波段為600－660nm，避開一般colored compounds之干擾。
- Pi-dye複合物極為穩定，其訊號強度可維持數小時之久。
- 適用於大部份的assay buffer。
- 蛋白質濃度高時，不會抑制顏色的形成。
