美國TREVIGEN公司成立於1992年。致力於研發偵測細胞凋亡、DNA斷損與修復、體內血管新生分析套組（In vivo angiogenesis assay, DIVAA）、體外血管新生分析套組（in vitro angiogenesis assay）、慧星分析法（Comet assay Kit）、細胞移行/細胞侵襲（Cell migration and Cell invasion assay）、基底膜萃取物（Basement Membrane Extract）、以及PAR、PARP、PARG所需用到的抗體與試劑。

　　當暴露在ROS中，會產成8-hydroxy-2’-deoxyguanosine（8-OHdG，又稱為8-oxo-dG），是由一個氫氧基接在guanine的第8個碳上而形成。常造成G:C to T:A transitions，具高靈敏度，為評估DNA損傷的指標。在DNA復原的傳遞路徑中8-OHdG會被移除，進入唾液、尿液、以及血漿。

Trevigen HT 8-oxo-dG ELISA kit II：

• 可針對DNA、唾液、尿液、血漿定量8-oxo-dG。
• 包含8-oxo-dG pre-coated 96-strip wells、anti-8-oxo-dG monoclonal mouse antibody。
• 使用HRP化學呈色。
• 高通量（high throughput）分析。

原理：

• 8-OHdG monoclonal antibody競爭結合plate或樣品中的8-oxo-dG。抗體和樣品中的8-oxo-dG結合後可被wash移除，而不會和多孔盤上的8-oxo-dG結合。
• 使用HRP化學呈色方式，偵測多孔盤中8-oxo-dG結合的抗體，即可評估樣品中8-oxo-dG的表現。
