Immunogen: Made by immortalizing IgG-expressing B cells Dengue Virus (DENV) patients after primary or secondary infection.

Specificity: This antibody specifically recognizes an epitope in the DIII domain of E protein of DENV-1, DENV-2, DENV-3 and DENV-4 serotypes. This antibody was isolated as a human IgG1 from a patient recovered from a primary DENV-2 infection and neutralises infection.
