產品介紹：曲妥珠單抗（Herclon®，Herceptin®）是一種重組DNA衍生的人源化單克隆抗體，可選擇性靶向人表皮生長因子受體2蛋白（HER2）的胞外結構域。 曲妥珠單抗在實驗室模型中具有抗HER2陽性人乳腺腫瘤細胞的抗腫瘤活性，並且對HER2過度表達乳腺癌婦女的治療有效。 該抗體在1998年被批准用於HER2過度表達轉移性乳腺癌的臨床應用。 在過度表達HER2的細胞中，曲妥珠單抗通過加速受體胞吞作用和降解來顯著下調HER2的表達，並通過誘導p27Kip1 / Cdk2複合物的形成來抑制細胞週期進程。 BioSim™Trastuzumab ELISA試劑盒已開髮用於特異性定量人血清或血漿中的曲妥珠單抗濃度，具有高靈敏度和重複性。
