8-oxo-dG ELISA kit 

當暴露在ROS中，會產成8-hydroxy-2’-deoxyguanosine（8-OHdG，又稱為8-oxo-dG），是由一個氫氧基接在guanine的第8個碳上而形成。常造成G:C to T:A transitions，具高靈敏度，為評估DNA損傷的指標。在DNA復原的傳遞路徑中8-OHdG會被移除，進入唾液、尿液、以及血漿。

免疫分析法的概括流程

1. Prepare all reagents, samples and standards; 2. Add 100µL standard or sample to each well. Incubate 1 hours at 37°C; 3. Aspirate and add 100µL prepared Detection Reagent A. Incubate 1 hour at 37°C; 4. Aspirate and wash 5 times; 5. Add 90µL Substrate Solution. Incubate 15-25 minutes at 37°C; 6. Add 50µL Stop Solution. Read at 450nm immediately.
