 SBA 單株抗體Clonotyping分型套組-HRP試劑盒，專為小鼠單克隆抗體的同型分型而設計。 它含有2.5mg捕獲抗體和1.0mL HRP綴合的抗小鼠Ig，小鼠IgA，小鼠IgG1，小鼠IgG2a，小鼠IgG2b，小鼠IgG3，小鼠IgM，小鼠κ，小鼠λ和ABTS底物。 當與Mouse Immunoglobulin Panel (SB Cat. No. 5300-01)一起使用時，該試劑盒可用於樣品（如血清，上清液和腹水）中小鼠免疫球蛋白的定量研究。

• 使用HRP呈色的ELISA方式鑑別抗體Isotype。
• 用於篩選Hybridomas所產生的抗體，以及鑑定抗體重鍊與輕鍊Isotypes。
