產品介紹: PARP，116kDa核聚（ADP-核糖）聚合酶，似乎參與響應於環境脅迫的DNA修復。 這種蛋白質可以被許多ICE樣胱天蛋白酶在體外切割，並且是caspase-3在體內的主要切割靶標之一。 在人類PARP中，切割發生在Asp214和Gly215之間，其將PARP氨基末端DNA結合結構域（24kDa）與羧基末端催化結構域（89kDa）分離。 PARP幫助細胞維持其活力; PARP的切割促進細胞解組裝並且用作經歷細胞凋亡的細胞的標記物。
