產品介紹: IL4 是一種多效細胞因子(pleiotropic cytokine)和有效的淋巴細胞生長因子(lymphoid cell growth factor)，可刺激某些 B 細胞和 T 細胞的生長(growth)和存活(survivability)。它由活化的 T 細胞產生，是白細胞介素 4 受體的配體。白細胞介素 4 受體(interleukin 4 receptor) 也與 IL13 結合，這可能導致該細胞因子和 IL13 的許多重疊功能。 STAT6 是一種信號轉導器(signaltransducer)和轉錄激活劑，已被證明在介導該細胞因子的免疫調節信號(immune regulatory signal)中發揮核心作用。已經報導了該基因的兩個可變剪接轉錄變體，編碼不同的同種型。
