產品介紹: 氯黴素(Chloramphenicol)是一種抑制細菌蛋白質合成(bacterial protein synthesis)的抑菌抗生素(bacteriostatic antibiotic)。顯示針對多種革蘭氏陽性和革蘭氏陰性細菌（尤其是引起腦膜炎的細菌）的廣譜抗生素活性(broad spectrum antibiotic activity)。用作含有氯黴素抗性基因(chloramphenicol resistance genes)的轉化細胞的選擇劑 (selection agent)。
