產品介紹: 血漿磷脂轉移蛋白（PLTP）在脂蛋白之間促進磷脂轉移和調節高密度脂蛋白（HDL）粒徑和組成中扮演主要角色。 PLTP促進的脂質轉移活性與HDL和LDL代謝以及脂蛋白脂肪酶活性，與肥胖和胰島素抵抗有關。BIOVISION提供PLTP藥物篩選試劑盒，利用兔血清作為PLTP活性來篩選PLTP抑制劑。 該測定使用含有螢光自猝滅磷脂的供體分子，其在PLTP存在下轉移到受體分子。 螢光磷脂向受體分子的PLTP介導之轉移導致螢光增加（Ex / Em-465 / 535nm）。 PLTP的抑制劑將抑制脂質轉移，降低螢光強度。
