產品介紹: Creatinine肌酸酐是磷酸肌酸的分解產物。 產生Creatinine肌酸酐並以恆定的速度排出，血肌酐用於測定腎功能的腎小球濾過率（GFR）。 血液肌酐水平只有在對腎單位有顯著（> 75％）的傷害的情況下才會增加。 經常使用Creatinine肌酸酐清除作為標準化其他化合物如異前列烷烷的排泄的手段。 BioVision的肌酸酐測定試劑盒可以準確，方便地測量生物液體如血清，尿液或腦脊液中的肌酸濃度。 在測定中，通過肌酸酐酶將肌酸酐轉化為肌酸，將肌酸轉化為肌氨酸，其被特異性氧化以產生與探針反應以產生紅色（λmax= 570nm）和螢光（Ex / Em = 538 / 587nm）。 與苦味酸測定不同，該試劑盒適用於血清/血漿肌酐測定，以及尿液和其他生物樣品。
