產品介紹: BioVision的™RE粒腺體膜電位測定試劑盒；使用™RE（四甲基羅丹明，乙酯）標記活性線粒體。 ™RE是一種細胞可滲透，帶正電荷的紅橙色染料，易於積聚在活性線粒體中。質子載體如FCCP和CCCP誘導線粒體膜的耗散，從而導致受損的染色。 線粒體是細胞的主要部分，並以ATP的形式產生能量。線粒體利用可氧化底物產生穿過線粒體內膜的質子梯度形式的膜電位。線粒體膜電位緊密連接到許多線粒體過程，包括ATP合成，ROS，鈣螯合和蛋白質進入線粒體。因此，線粒體膜電位的藥理學變化與幾個病理參數相關。
