產品描述: β-半乳糖苷酶染色套組。來自大腸桿菌LacZ基因,是最常用的報告基因;可測試基因啟動子的調控效率。LacZ基因編碼β半乳糖苷酶,穩定性好、抑制蛋白水解降解,可應用於原位染色分析。β半乳糖苷酶染色試劑盒應用X-gal作為substrate。The LacZ gene from E. coli is one of the most commonly used reporter genes for testing the efficiency of expression vector mediated gene transfer and for studying the regulation of promoters of genes. The LacZ gene encodes the enzyme β-galactosidase, which is very stable, resistant to proteolytic degradation, can utilize a variety of substrates and can be easily assayed in situ. The β-Galactosidase staining kit utilizes X-gal as the substrate.
