3,3′-二氨基聯苯胺（DAB）是辣根過氧化物酶（HRP）最常用的顯色底物。在HRP和過氧化物存在下，DAB被氧化形成不溶性的棕色沉澱，該沉澱耐醇且耐水，可提供清晰、持久的染色效果。 EnkiLife DAB底物試劑盒（50×）是一款超靈敏試劑，專為免疫組化（IHC）、原位雜交（ISH）和Western blotting中的HRP顯色檢測而設計。此試劑盒也適用於顯示細胞或組織切片中的內源性過氧化物酶活性。
