This kit uses a direct competitive ELISA method in microplate coated with Chloramphenicol coupled antigen, adding Chloramphenicol standard or samples, free Chloramphenicol and pore strips Pre-coated Chloramphenicol conjugated antigen compete against Chloramphenicol antibody enzyme marker color with TMB substrate, stop solution added after the color from blue to yellow, with a microplate reader detection wavelength at 450nm, the sample absorbance value and Chloramphenicol content is inversely proportional to the sample through the standard curve Chloramphenicol content.
本試劑盒採用直接競爭ELISA法( direct competitive ELISA method)，用於飼料、魚、蝦、組織、雞蛋、蜂蜜、牛奶、血清和尿液樣本中氯黴素殘留量的定量檢測。應用原理為: 在包被有氯黴素偶聯抗原(Chloramphenicol coupled antigen)的微孔板上加入氯黴素標準品(Chloramphenicol standard )或樣品、 free Chloramphenicol 和孔條，預包被的氯黴素偶聯抗原與TMB底物競爭氯黴素抗體酶標顯色，加入終止液後顏色由藍色轉為黃色，用酶標儀檢測氯黴素(Chloramphenicol) 含量。
