ARCA EGFP mRNA產品介紹

EGFP (enhanced green fluorescent protein, EGFP)(增強型綠色螢光蛋白)mRNA 轉染細胞後可表達增強型綠色螢光(enhanced green fluorescence ),是一種直接檢測報告基因mRNA,可作為對照,透過各種基於螢光的檢測來研究哺乳動物細胞中的轉染和表達。您可以在 509 nm 處觀察螢光。我們的產品已經透過高效的共轉錄加帽方法用ARCA進行修飾,這意味著大多數mRNA具有Cap 0結構。它是比無帽mRNA更成熟的mRNA,並保持更穩定的狀態,從而在轉染的哺乳動物細胞中具有更高的表達效率。 ARCA 能夠僅以正確的方向插入,從而形成 mRNA,其翻譯效率是 mCAP 起始的 mRNA 的兩倍。ARCA EGFP mRNA 的升級版本現已推出,請查看 R1007 ARCA EGFP mRNA (5-moUTP) 以了解更多詳細資訊。
