產品介紹: 血清中游離脂肪酸 ( Free Fat Acid, FFA) 濃度與脂質代謝(lipid metabolism)、碳水化合物代謝(carbohydrate metabolism)及內分泌功能(endocrine function)有關。糖尿病(diabetes)、嚴重肝功能障礙(severe liver dysfunction)、甲狀腺機能亢進(hyperthyroidism )等疾病會導致FFA游離脂肪酸濃度升高。CheKine™ Micro 游離脂肪酸 ( Free Fat Acid, FFA) 檢測試劑盒提供了一種檢測 游離脂肪酸 ( Free Fat Acid, FFA) 的便利工具。其原理是游離脂肪酸 ( Free Fat Acid, FFA) 與銅離子結合形成脂肪酸銅鹽,可溶於氯仿。用銅試劑法測定銅離子的含量即可計算出游離脂肪酸 ( Free Fat Acid, FFA) 的含量。

| Background | MAO (EC1.4.3.4) mainly exists in various organs of vertebrates, especially secretory glands, brain and liver. It also exists in plants such as invertebrates and legumes. 樣品製備(Sample Preparation)
注意事項:建議使用新鮮樣品。如果不立即分析,樣品可在-80℃保存6個月。
1.動物組織(Animal tissues):秤取0.1g組織,加入1mL萃取緩衝液,勻漿,4℃,8,000rpm離心10分鐘,取上清進行測定。
2.植物組織(Plant tissues):秤取0.1g組織,加入1mL萃取緩衝液,搗碎。超音波破碎5分鐘(功率20%或200W,超音波3秒,間隔7秒,重複30次)。4℃,8,000rpm離心10分鐘,取上清進行測定。
3.Cells or bacteria:收集5×106細胞吸附菌於離心管中,以冷PBS洗滌細胞吸附菌,離心後棄上清;加入1mL萃取緩衝液超音波破碎細胞吸附菌5分鐘(功率20%或200W ,超音波3秒,間隔7秒,重複30次)。8,000rpm離心10分鐘4℃,取上清液進行測定。
4.液體樣本如血清:直接測試。
