產品介紹 Poly (I:C) 是一種合成的雙股 RNA (dsRNA) 類似物，是一種免疫刺激劑，可作為最有效的干擾素 (interferon, IFN) 誘導劑。 Toll 樣受體 3 (TLR3) 激動劑(agonist)[1]。其平均分子量在1.5-8kb之間。含有 TLR7/8 激動劑 R848 或 CL075 的混合物與 Poly (I:C) 結合，產生 3 天成熟的樹突細胞 [2]。通常用於刺激體內免疫系統的活化。也促進 hPSC 來源的心肌細胞的成熟[3]。
