Summary
✓ 組織:解剖前,用磷酸鹽緩衝液(PBS,pH 7.4)沖洗組織以去除血液。在 200 µL 冷 PBS 緩衝液中均質組織(50 mg)。在 4° C 下以14,000 x g 離心5 分鐘。除去上清液進行測定。
✓ 細胞間隙液:在4°C 下以 2,000 x g 離心5 分鐘收集細胞。對於壁貼細胞,不要使用蛋白水解酶收穫細胞;相反地使用橡膠警察。以適當體積的冷PBS 緩衝液中勻漿或音波處理細胞。在超過4°C 下以14,000 x g 離心5 分鐘。除去上清液進行測定。
