產品描述： 賴氨酸(Lysine , LYS) 是人體必需胺基酸(essential amino acids)之一，能促進人體發育( human development)、增強免疫功能( immune function )、改善中樞神經系統功能(central nervous system)。賴氨酸(Lysine)是一種鹼性必需胺基酸(basic essential amino acid)。由於穀類食品( cereal food )中賴氨酸含量很低，且在加工過程中容易被破壞而缺乏，因此被稱為第一限制性氨基酸(first restricted amino acid)。CheKine™ 微量賴氨酸 (Lysine , LYS) 檢測試劑盒提供了一個方便的離胺酸( lysine)檢測工具。其原理是蛋白質中的離胺酸(lysine )有遊離的ε-NH2(free ε-NH2)，能與水合茚三酮(Ninhydrin hydrate)反應生成藍紫色物質(blue-purple substances)，在570 nm處有最大吸收峰。透過測量570 nm處的吸光度可以計算出樣品的離胺酸含量( lysine content)。
