EZ Cap Reagent AG 是一種共轉錄加帽試劑(co-transcription capping reagent )，用於體外轉錄 5′ 加帽 mRNA 以產生 Cap 1 結構m7G(5′)ppp(5′)(2’OMeA)pG。文獻顯示 Cap AG 可提供高達 98% 的封蓋效率(capping efficiency )。EZ Cap AG 需要 AG 啟動器(AG initiator)。 EZ Cap AG 通常提供 >90% 的封端材料(capped material )，生成天然存在的 Cap 1 結構(Cap 1 structure)。EZ Cap 與野生型 T7 聚合酶( wild-type T7 polymerase)兼容。建議使用 5 mM EZ Cap 和 rNTP。模板(Template )設計是任何轉錄的一個組成部分。 EZ Cap 試劑 AG 可與特定起始序列 5′ AG 3′ 一起使用。最終加蓋效率(capping efficiency)取決於 EZ Cap 試劑、DNA 模板(DNA template)和最終 mRNA 序列。 RNA 長度和鹼基組成(base composition)引起的二級結構會影響最終的加帽效率( capping efficiency)。
