CD27 Recombinant Protein

CD27 (TNFRSF7) 是 TNF 受體超家族 (TNF receptor superfamily , TNFRSF) 的跨膜蛋白(transmemebrane protein)。它主要在淋巴樣細胞, 也在小鼠的早期造血前體細胞(early hematopoietic precursor cells）上表達。 CD27 被認為是記憶 B 細胞(memory B cells)的表型標記(phenotypic marker)，也用於識別 B 調節 (Breg) 細胞。它在naïve CD4 和 CD8 T 細胞上組成型表達，其表達在 T 細胞活化後進一步上調。 CD27 是 T 細胞啟動的兩個最重要的共刺激受體之一（另一個是 CD28）。 CD28 共刺激信號主要觸發細胞增殖(cell proliferation)，而 CD27 共刺激信號主要促進細胞存活和分化。在與其配體 CD70 結合後，CD27 通過 TNFR 相關因子 (TRAF) 激活 NF-κB 和 JNK 信號通路，TNFR 是與 CD27 細胞質尾域相關的銜接分子。活化後，CD27 從細胞表面脫落，可溶性 CD27 用作 T 細胞活化的標誌物( T cell activation)。
