酸性磷酸酶測定試劑盒(Acid Phosphatase Assay Kit )是一種測定試劑盒，設計用於使用ELISA儀器定量血清、血漿和組織勻漿中的酸性磷酸酶( Acid Phosphatase activity)活性。對硝基苯磷酸二鈉（p-NPP）是一種應用廣泛的磷酸酶顯色底物，在酸性磷酸酶的作用下可形成對硝基苯酚( p-nitrophenol )。在鹼性條件下，對硝基苯酚( p-nitrophenol)呈黃色，在405nm處有最大吸收峰。黃色產品顏色越深，ACP活性越高。因此，可以通過測定405nm處的OD值來計算ACP的活性。

Acid Phosphatase Assay Kit is an assay kit designed for the detection and quantification of Acid Phosphatase activity in serum, plasma and tissue homogenates using a microplate reader Disodium p-nitrobenzene phosphate (p-NPP), a widely used phosphatase chromogenic substrate, can form p-nitrophenol under the action of acid phosphatase. Under alkaline conditions, p-nitrophenol is yellow and has a maximum absorption peak at 405 nm. The darker of yellow product is, the higher the ACP activity. Therefore, the activity of ACP can be calculated by measuring the OD value at 405 nm.
