產品描述：Insulin stimulates glucose uptake in the muscles and adipose tissues by activating GLUT4 (Glucose Transporter Type 4). GLUT 4 is a transmembrane protein that facilitates glucose transport from storage sites to cell surface. Human insulin resistance involves a defect in GLUT4 that leads to accumulation in a dense membrane compartment from which insulin is unable to recruit GLUT4 to the cell surface。胰島素(Insulin)通過激活GLUT4（4型葡萄糖轉運蛋白）刺激肌肉(muscles)和脂肪組織(adipose tissues)吸收葡萄糖(glucose)。 GLUT 4是一種跨膜蛋白(transmembrane protein)，可促進葡萄糖(glucose)從存儲位點(storage sites)轉運到細胞表面(cell surface)。 人胰島素抵抗涉及GLUT4的缺陷，該缺陷導致在緻密膜室中積累(accumulation)，胰島素無法從該膜室將GLUT4募集到細胞表面。
