Xanthine Oxidase Activity Colorimetric/Fluorometric Assay Kit

產品描述：黃嘌呤氧化酶（Xanthine oxidase , XO，EC 1.17.3.2）在健康個體的肝臟(liver)和空腸(jejunum)中以可觀量存在。然而，在各種肝臟疾病(liver disorders)中，XO被釋放到循環中。因此，血清XO水平的測定可作為急性肝損傷的敏感指標(acute liver damage)，例如黃疸(jaundice)。 BioVision開發了一種簡便靈敏的分析方法，用於測定各種樣品中的XO黃嘌呤氧化酶。在該測定中，XO黃嘌呤氧化酶將黃嘌呤氧化成過氧化氫（H 2 O 2），其與OxiRed ^TM探針按化學計量反應以產生顏色（在λ= 570nm處）和螢光（在Ex / Em = 535 / 587nm處）。由於顏色或螢光強度與XO含量成比例，因此可以精確地測量XO活性。該試劑盒在100μl反應體積中檢測到1-100 mU黃嘌呤氧化酶。
