產品描述：Link-FAST™5分鐘DNA連接試劑盒 (5 minutes DNA Ligation Kit, K902) 可在室溫下僅5分鐘內快速方便地連接粘端(sticky-end)或鈍端(blunt-end ) DNA片段(DNA fragments)。 提供了連接所需的所有必需試劑 ( Lipase Assay Buffer、OxiRed Probe、Dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO)、 Enzyme Mix (lyophilized)、Lipase Substrate、 Glycerol Standard (100mM)、 Lipase Positive Control。 無需製備緩衝液或添加ATP或Mg²ᶧ。 該試劑盒可用於在質體載體(plasmid vectors)或噬菌體載體 (phage vectors) r cloning，linker ligation，線性DNA的recirculation等。可通過瓊脂糖凝膠電泳容易地分析Ligated DNA。
