產品介紹: 載脂蛋白A-II（Apolipoprotein A-II , APO-A2）通過與脂質(lipids) 結合穩定HDL（高密度脂蛋白）結構，並影響HDL代謝 (HDL metabolism) 。 它由肝臟(liver)產生，參與膽固醇酯 (cholesteryl ester) 的形成和膽固醇(cholesterol)從組織到肝臟的轉運 (transport)。 最近的研究已經確定APOA2 -256T> C多態性 (polymorphism) 與健康個體的肥胖相關的膳食飽和脂肪酸 (dietary saturated fatty acids) 攝入之間的相互作用。 APOA2飽和脂肪酸攝入量與體重指數（body mass index , BMI）之間存在顯著相互作用。 該研究的結果證實了2型糖尿病患者(type 2 diabetic patients) 中APOA2 -256T> C多態性與SFA攝入量與BMI之間的相互作用。
