Cathepsin S Activity Fluorometric Assay Kit 

產品描述： 組織蛋白酶 (Cathepsins) 是溶酶體酶 (lysosomal enzymes) ，也可用作各種毒理學研究(toxicological investigations) 中的敏感標記物。 組織蛋白酶-S活性測定試劑盒 (Cathepsin-S Activity Assay kit) 是基於螢光的測定，其利用用AFC（amino-4-trifluoromethyl coumarin氨基-4-三氟甲基香豆素）標記的優選組織蛋白酶-S底物序列VVR(cathepsin-S substrate sequence VVR) 。 細胞裂解物(Cell lysates)或含有組織蛋白酶-S的其他樣品將切割合成底物Z-VVR-AFC(substrate Z-VVR-AFC) 以釋放游離AFC (free AFC)。 使用螢光計或螢光板讀數器可以輕鬆量化釋放的AFC。
