ELISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgM, IgG, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Rat Anti-Mouse IgA-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 1165-08) followed by Streptavidin-HRP (SB Cat. No. 7100-05).
