抗體介紹: 抗多聚唾液酸[735]抗體 (Anti-Polysialic acid [735]) | 貨號ab00240-2.0。其免疫原為大腸桿菌K1的α2,8-連接的唾液酸的均聚物 (Homopolymers of α2,8-linked sialic acid of Escherichia coli K1.)。此抗體Specificity特異性：識別聚唾液酸（Polysialic acid . PSA），一種附著在神經細胞粘附分子（NCAM）上的碳水化合物聚合物，與大腸桿菌K1的α2,8-連接的唾液酸的均聚物共享分子表位。Published Application(s): IP, FC, IHC。Published Species Reactivity:Rat, Human, Mouse。抗多聚唾液酸[735]抗體：該抗體識別neural cell adhesion molecules神經細胞粘附分子的異常postranslational modification，這些分子在synaptogenesis突觸發生，oncogenesis腫瘤發生（特別是small-cell lung cancer小細胞肺癌）和腎臟等器官的發育中起重要作用（在大鼠中研究，Lackie等，1990）。 除了對人體細胞的各種研究外，該抗體還用於研究小鼠中多唾液酸組合物的精細組成（Galuska等，2006）。
