Sheep anti Mouse LFC (Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 2, ARHGEF2)

產品介紹: Lfc是在NIH 3T3細胞中的癌基因篩選中發現的118kDa蛋白質。 Lfc是與Lbc相關的信號傳導蛋白，並且是Dbl蛋白家族的一部分。 Lfc是小GTP酶的Rho家族的鳥嘌呤 – 核苷酸交換因子（GEF）。 Lfc也被證明是絲氨酸 – 蘇氨酸激酶JNK的上游。 Lfc顯示介導Rac信號傳導途徑的激活。Exalpha 提供Sheep anti Mouse LFC多株抗體，其免疫原使用GST融合的Lfc蛋白(氨基酸2至447的蛋白質) ，經由硫酸銨沉澱純化抗體。抗體保存於含有0.08％疊氮化鈉的磷酸鹽緩衝鹽水溶液。可應用於Western Blotting，產品應儲存於-20ºC。分裝後避免反覆冷凍與解凍。產品應用測試報告: 通過4μg/ ml的免疫沉澱 – 蛋白質印跡檢測小鼠組織中的Lfc。檢測對應於野生型Lfc的小鼠組織提取物中的118kDa條帶。也可用於免疫螢光試驗。應通過連續稀釋以評估最佳濃度。
