產品描述：醛縮酶（果糖二磷酸醛縮酶：EC 4.1.2.13）是糖酵解和糖異生的重要酶。它催化果糖-1,6-二磷酸與甘油醛-3-磷酸和二羥基丙酮的可逆反應。有2類Aldolase -I類：在動物和植物組織中發現，II類：在原核生物和低等真核生物中發現。 I型醛縮酶具有3種同工酶-A型：發現於肌肉和紅細胞中，B型：發現於肝臟和腎臟中，C型：發現於腦中。醛縮酶A缺乏導致肌病和溶血性貧血。肌肉疾病和肝損傷也可引起血清醛縮酶水平升高。精確檢測醛縮酶活性對於診斷和機制研究是有價值的。BioVision的醛縮酶活性測定中，醛縮酶將果糖-1,6-二磷酸轉化為甘油醛-3-磷酸和二羥基丙酮，並且通過一系列反應，將幾乎無色的探針還原為在450nm處具有吸光度的著色產物。該測定試劑盒簡單，靈敏，高通量適應性強。檢測靈敏度醛縮酶活性小於0.1 mU (100 µU)。
