【粒線體】Cytochrome c Oxidase 細胞色素c氧化酶呈色分析套組—Biovision

Mitochrondria assay 粒線體分析簡介
粒線體在細胞凋亡中扮演有諸多功能，如釋放cytochrome c、影響電子傳遞鏈、喪失粒線體膜電位、改變細胞的氧化還原反應，以及參與Bcl-2家族蛋白的訊息傳遞。
Biovision提供與粒線體相關的分析套組，並可使用流式細胞儀（flow cytometry）、西方墨點法（western blot）、生物冷光（bioluminescence）、螢光顯微鏡（fluorescence microscopy），或ELISA酵素免疫分析儀來其偵測活性與表現。
Cytochrome c Oxidase
Cytochrome c Oxidase細胞色素c氧化酶（EC 1.9.3.1），又稱為Complex IV，位在細胞粒線體膜上，參與電子傳遞鏈（氧化磷酸化）與ATP能量製造。Cytochrome c Oxidase氧化Cytochrome c並轉移四個電子，產生能量差，使ATP能量得以產生。
