Apoptotic DNA Fragmentation 細胞凋亡DNA片段化分析簡介 | 貨號K170-50

DNA片段化為細胞凋亡的其中一項特徵。細胞凋亡活化內生性的內切酶，接著在核內將染色質DNA切斷成以180bp為倍數的小片段（360、540 etc.）。這個現象可以被例如DNA laddering assay、TUNEL assay、或Nicoletti assay用來偵測細胞凋亡。Biovision提供一系列Apoptotc DNA Fragment針對DNA ladder進行DNA萃取。可偵測5%以下凋亡的細胞或組織DNA片段。
