產品介紹: 尿酸酶（因子非依賴性尿酸鹽羥化酶，尿酸氧化酶（UO）; EC 1.7.3.3）是一種參與尿酸代謝的酶。尿酸是嘌呤代謝的最終產物，血液中高水平的尿酸引起痛風。尿酸酶存在於廣泛的哺乳動物中，但是不存在於人類中。它已被廣泛用於測量生物樣品中的尿酸濃度，重組尿酸酶（rasburicase）已被用作預防腫瘤溶解綜合徵的藥物。 BioVision的尿酸酶活性檢測試劑盒為各種樣品中尿酸酶活性的測量提供了一種快捷簡便的方法。在該測定中，尿酸酶氧化尿酸形成與探針反應的產物，從而產生螢光信號（Ex / Em = 535 / 587nm）。產生的螢光信號與樣品中存在的活性尿酸酶的量成正比。該試劑盒提供靈敏的高通量適應性測定，可以測量低至10μU的生物樣品中的尿酸酶活性。
