產品描述：Decorin是富含亮氨酸的蛋白多醣（SLRP）家族的成員，也是雙醣鏈蛋白聚醣（biglycan）的成員。 在軟骨區域發現，核心蛋白聚醣與膠原蛋白和其他基質蛋白相互作用以調節軟骨基質。 已顯示與纖連蛋白，血小板反應蛋白，C1q，表皮生長因子受體（EGFR）和TGF-β相互作用。 據信核心蛋白聚醣在軟骨細胞的細胞週期中也起作用。
