產品描述：Caspase-3胱天蛋白酶-3的激活在細胞凋亡過程中，扮演關鍵作用。 CaspSELECT™Caspase-3免疫測定試劑盒提供了一種有效的免疫吸附測定法，於微量滴定板中檢測caspase-3活性的特異性。定量該測定法利用Anti-Caspase-3 Antibody胱天蛋白酶-3多克隆抗體從細胞裂解物中捕獲活化的Caspase-3半胱天冬酶-3。然後加入半胱天冬酶底物DEVD-AFC，並與細胞裂解物中活化的半胱天冬酶-3的量成比例地切割。 裂解產生Free的AFC，其可以使用螢光板讀數器進行螢光測定（Ex./Em= 400nm / 505nm）分析。 該測定確保半胱天冬酶-3的絕對特異性檢測。
