Caspase系列產品介紹:
當細胞接收凋亡訊號後,將不活化態的pro-caspase轉變為活化態caspase,引發caspase cascade造成細胞凋亡。主要經由Caspases 8、9、12調控細胞凋亡的外在路徑(extrinsic pathway)、內在(intrinsic pathway)、以及ER stress,最後造成Caspases 3的活化。Biovision提供完整Caspase相關分析套組、inhibitor、substrate等各類商品。Caspase 分析套組/Substrate: 從Caspase1-13、Pan Caspase皆能分析。分析套組部分有化學呈色反應及螢光可選擇;Substrate部分有化學呈色物質pNA(λ= 400 nm)與螢光呈色物質AFC(Ex/Em=400/505 nm)兩種可應用。Caspase Inhibitors: Caspase 抑制劑主要結合Caspase活化位,進而達到訊息抑制效果。fluoromethylketone(FMK)類的抑制劑,為主要研究抗細胞凋亡的工具之一。新一代Caspase抑制劑Q-(XXXX)-OPh,因其細胞毒性較低,且穩定性較FMK類抑制劑高,較適合在in vivo實驗中使用。
Caspase-8 呈色分析套組 原理介紹: ICE家族蛋白酶/半胱天冬酶的激活啟動哺乳動物細胞凋亡。 FLICE / Caspase-8比色測定試劑盒提供了一種簡單方便的方法來測定識別序列IETD的半胱天冬酶的活性。 該測定法基於從標記的底物IETD-pNA切割後的髮色團對硝基苯胺(pNA)的分光光度檢測。 可以使用分光光度計或微量滴定板讀數器在400或405nm下量化pNA光發射。
